The Waterside Inn, Bray is synonymous for perfection, from the moment we make first contact with our clients to the kitchen and table staff, the presentation of our world class dishes, right through to the way our staff interact with customers and completing the cycle with our customer retention. All this detail and organisation doesn’t come naturally.

When The Waterside Inn was approached by Cookham Waste they made a bold statement that “we will change your life” it was received with some scepticism. However, the challenges we face with our location and integrating a three-star Michelin restaurant into a very small street in an equally very small village, Cookham Waste’s approach was worth a shot and coupled with the fact that they are local, privately owned and family run, their ethos struck a chord with exactly how The Waterside Inn operates.

Having now worked with Barry and Tyna at Cookham Waste for nearly a year now, we have had zero complaints and they have delivered exactly what they said they would do. The service has not faltered once, and they have certainly lived up to every one of their promises. Have they changed my life? Being the person that had to answer to our neighbours, absolutely they have.
